Jalapeño Popper Dip

Ingredients: 

2- 8 oz packages of cream cheese 

1 cup sour cream (can sub Greek yogurt or mayo) I usually use 3/4 cup sour cream & 1/4 cup Mayo. 

6-8 slices of cooked bacon 

4-6 jalapeños 

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 

1/4 cup green onion 

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder 

Salt & pepper 

Topping:

1/4 cup butter

1 cup crushed Ritz crackers 

1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese 

 
  1. Preheat oven to 350°.

  2. In a bowl with a hand mixer, cream together cream cheese and sour cream. 

  3. Cook the bacon, crumple it up and add to mixture. 

  4. Dice up and add jalapeños, cheddar and mozzarella cheese, green onion, and seasonings. 

  5. Mix everything together, then add creamy mixture to an 8x8 pan. 

  6. In a separate bowl, melt butter and add Parmesan cheese and crushed Ritz crackers. Mix together. 

  7. Add cracker topping to your cream cheese mixture. 

  8. Bake at 350° for 30 mins. Turn off heat and Broil on high for 3-5 mins. 

  9. Serve with crackers or chips and enjoy!
