Rachelle's Creamy Italian Pasta Salad

This is by far the best Italian Pasta Salad you will ever make. If you are looking for a crowd favorite you have come to the right place!


Ingredients:

2 Cups of Mayonnaise

2 Tablespoon Garlic (Minced or Powdered)

1 (12 oz) Box of Tri-Colored Corkscrew Pasta

1 Cup of Grape Tomatoes (Halved)

1/2 Cup of Sliced Olives

12oz of Cubed Cheese ( I mix colby jack & pepper jack)

1/4 Cup of Red Wine Vinegar

2 Teaspoon of Italian Seasoning

1/2 Teaspoon of Pepper

2 Teaspoon of Salt

1 (6oz) Pack of Pepperoni Slices (Cut in Quarters)

Instructions:


Cook noodles per instructions on the box. Drain and cool the noodles.


Whisk mayonnaise, vinegar, garlic, and seasonings.


Add cooked noodles, tomatoes, pepperoni slices, cheese cubes, and olives.


Refrigerate overnight or at least for a couple of hours before serving.


**Before serving add some extra mayo to make the pasta more creamy.
