Spaghetti Lasagna

Ingredients:

1 lb spaghetti noodles

1 lb ground beef

1/2 yellow onion

2 cloves garlic

3 cups marinara sauce

2 tsp Italian seasoning

1 tsp garlic powder

8 oz softened cream cheese

1 cup ricotta cheese

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

 
  1. Preheat oven to 350°

  2. Boil noodles according to box instructions.

  3. While noodles are boiling, heat onion for 1 minute in a pan with some oil over medium heat.

  4. Add garlic and then hamburger.

  5. Once hamburger is browned, drain the grease and then add 1 tsp of Italian seasoning and 2 cups of marinara sauce.

  6. Once noodles are done boiling, drain the water and add 1 cup of marinara to the noodles.

  7. Spray a 9x13 pan and layer the bottom of the pan with half of the spaghetti noodles.

  8. Mix together the cream cheese, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, and remaining Italian seasoning.

  9. Spread the whole cheese mixture over the top of the first noodle layer. Then add another layer of the remaining noodles.

  10. Add meat mixture to the top of the noodles and then add the final layer of 2 cups of mozzarella cheese.

  11. Bake at 350° for 30 mins. Top with parsley (optional).
