This creamy, cheesy bacon ranch dip is impossible to resist. Easy to make and perfect hot or cold, it disappears fast at parties, game days, or just a cozy Sunday snack.
Servings: 8–10
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time (if serving hot): 25 minutes
Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese
16 oz sour cream
2 tablespoons real mayonnaise
1 packet ranch seasoning (about 2 tablespoons)
1 cup bacon bits
1½ cups shredded cheese
Green onions, for topping (optional)
To Serve Cold:
Let the cream cheese soften at room temperature so it’s easy to mix.
In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, ranch seasoning, bacon bits, and shredded cheese. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Top with green onions if desired.
Serve chilled with Wheat Thins, Ritz, or your favorite crackers. This dip
is also great with celery sticks or sliced bell peppers for a lighter option.
To Serve Hot:
Preheat oven to 400°F.
In a large bowl, soften the cream cheese in the microwave until just soft.
Mix in the sour cream, mayonnaise, ranch seasoning, bacon bits, and shredded cheese until fully combined.
Lightly spray a 2-quart baking dish, then spread the mixture evenly into the dish. Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
Garnish with green onions if desired.
Serve warm with Wheat Thins, crackers, or fresh veggies like celery and bell peppers.
This is one of those dips that disappears fast—so you might want to double
it 😉
